Tough one if they go up its great management if it goes down its poor management.....deg and arv where once dogs but now management are superstars....we know how it works everything ends in tears...tears of joy or tears of sadness
Fortunately time will tell...what l do know is people in past paid up to 2times current prices without the hot area...just saying
Either way let see how bosses play it
