Positives though, we keep Modder East which turns a profit and some dividends from our 17% stake Sibanye Gold (providing they pay a divi).

At roughly current Sibanye price (zar to aud), the deal is worth approx $150 mil, if their sp has a bit of a run, then our value could be higher out of the deal.

Be interesting to see if the chinese use the rest of Gold One as trade bait to get more of a stake in Sibanye.
