"As the pre market thread is almost over, I'll quickly respond to butcherboy. A LOT of people are being handed 1 day suspension for not leaving a gap between the k for Kevin and his surname. It's ALWAYS been a moderation offence, admin won't permit it, and in the current political climate it's going to drive us all mad unless posters exercise some self control.
Simply use his surname - or leave a space!
Please realise tempers get overheated when money is involved and just take a deep breath before you hit the 'post' button.
