getting funds without capital raising is very encouraging as share price not dilluted by extra shares and company is in excellent position to capitalize on any gains in gold price .
Also fact that arrangement is with big bank rather than some unknown financier all gives credence of confidence in SLR operations
very good deal by SLR management .
