I do not understand this deal. SLR tells us they have cash on hand, no bank debt, and their AISC are (?) roughly A$1,200 or so. Now that would show me there is no need for such a deal, as it would mean 120k ounce produced x A$250 margin = A$30m profit. Or a p/e ratio of 1/2 !!!
So apparently their numbers (again) don't add up. Why do they need this $10m? In stead of buying this share at these levels it brings up more questions as to why they still do not make a profit!!
