Commercial loan .. fixed and floating charge over company assets this is fairly standard until you get to $30-$50 mill plus commercial facilities. I would not read too much into this as standard banking policy.
What they need $10 mill for thought is another question if it secures the day to day cash flow think their could be trouble ahead if gold prices dont pick up moving forward.
