Hip hip hooray to the leading dunderheads who are deemed a success after losing 73.5% of the value of the company EVEN IF it gets to 37c ...thats is how badly they performed.

What rational leadership doesn't stop, take a good hard look at their performance and decide hey...it might be me and the team!

Then...work out who they need and fill the gaps and give the right roles to the right individuals with the right skill sets.

The definition of insanty is to do the same action time after time and expect a different result.

For God's sake wake up.
