Well I think most of the silver holders in the world hope that London stops being the key player as they are the most egregious when it comes to market suppression, COMEX a close second. India is starting up since last year, and another major one this year, they will suck up any potential paper slop trying to make themselves relevant no doubt. The more the better for anyone thinking there are physical silver shortages.
