I think we will see a fair amount of parachuting before 30c is reached again, fair enough if people have the shivers. We also have to consider we have some investors getting in at 5.5c , so if it goes to 10c again, which it easily could do on the slightest of news, that's a double and good enough for a lot of people with no clue about the stock.

IMO The biggest concern facing MKR right now is their long time viability regarding their loan payment in September, there are people jumping now just to remain "liquid" if the worst happens. Which I don't think is the best option because their capital is significantly over their current market cap even in a firesale IMO. But if the need to remain liquid overrides the losses involved so be it.
