Crumbly quartz is making the sorting difficult because of the fines and I understand they are running most high grade straight to the mill and assuming yield is back to 6gmt and accounting for slippage that's about 500oz week.

I know they are achieving full spot price from Perth Mint, so that's 500 x $1700 equals $850,000 week. 340,000t reserves divided by 2800 weekly run is 120 weeks. 120 weeks is 10 quarters at $10.2m less $7.1 fixed costs per quarter is approx $30m profit.....

They were aiming for $25m....so looking good if they can maintain around about 500oz a week. Going by last pour in first week of June of 456oz....they aren't far off. End of June figures and next quarterly will tell it all.

Looking at the last quarterly the $7.1m fixed costs included a bit of exploration and I assume new extra management costs are for Nevada round trips. Could be a bit of fat in those extras which could be trimmed if necessary.

I think the sell off is way over done and if they start to get up close to 500oz week for the balance of June then they will have the breathing space they need to get on top of Big Springs. Big Springs is very much still in play and could be the wild card anytime.

Buying opportunity for me to day.
