That's not retarded at all. The announcements all gave the green light to the Big Springs project including all permits, mining contractors and, importantly, the negotiated tolling agreement (with agreed pricing). Its ready to roll. That's what drove up the SP.

The only announced change has been that AWV has been trying to get a better deal which gives the impression that the old deal is still in place. The old deal still stacked up and was profitable on its own merits.

If, in fact, there is no deal at all with Jerritt Canyon anymore, then they would have to announce that to the market. Otherwise they are in clear breach of ASX regulations and the directors could be sued.

So as far as the progress is concerned, regarding Big Springs, it might be delayed but it has not been up ended. I'm confident that these people are fully aware of full disclosure rules so we must just have to wait.
