1. Funding talks are currently underway- all of which are only going to be enhanced with current equity markets around the world getting back to normal AND with our recently acquired gold assets, one of which is PROVEN and stockpile ready to sell or even use to fund our graphite. Gives our company great security and improved valuations, so that could happen any time now and I have never been as comfortable with this as what I am right now.

2. Tremendous proximity to PDI, only have to get the maps out and use your own common sense there without getting told by someone that has a ridiculous vendetta. Get a geo to tell you and don't take it from me and especially don't take it from this bloke.

3. PDI MC makes ours extremely cheap given we have interest in the area and are in a fantastic spot, don't take my word for it or Patster, he's motives are obvious, check it out for oneself. Given we have the graphite funding expected to happen and the proven gold resource- no brainer you can pick up VRC for a fraction of PDI share price. I have done so already got 4 x the amount of shares in a company that has 3 stokes in the fire so to speak with a lesser MC.

4. We have a world class graphite mine with the first seven years (stage 1) already spoken for with binding off takes signed. Graphite will only be more and more of a need moving through the years and surprise, surprise we have already sold stage 1. Our product is a super jumbo flake that means we are using it in all applications from EV to fire retardants in buildings that now MUST use it given recent changes to legislations around the world.

5. We have a chairman who has a huge stake in the co. with contacts to boot, he is a wealthy individual and will continue to do what is best for VRC.. this is evident with recent news he only stands to be the beneficiary in getting us off the ground.

6. Trevor is a manager with a history of taking a company from our current stages to a 300m MC valuation. We are in good hands in both Trevor and Asimwe.

Bottom line is Patster is going to continue to post rubbish, I am suggesting everyone that is silly enough to fall for it (I wouldn't think there would be many) BUT JUST IN CASE THERE ARE A COUPLE - DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH.

Would be Nice to see some preliminary rock chip samples from konsolon in the next week to give the share price a kick along,

Hopefully VRC put out some weekly newsflow to keep the market interested,
