KGD might have sold out for any number of reasons; the recent hard slog for gold miners might have taken its toll; development costs to much for them or drilling. hard to say, but I take heart by the post Gold Bunny placed on this forum a few days ago. I regularly read his posts on the SGQ forum. His informed views on drilling results and techniques, as well as him being someone who has worked in the gold industry for many years comes across well in his posts. For him to give GPR's management and their tenaments a tick is a huge plus for me.
If there are any geologists reading this, I would enjoy reading your posts too.
As far as the share price is concerned, a serious rerating could happen on 2 fronts. We have an upcoming drill program in Fiji, which looks promising, and we have ongoing works in Cambodia. The claims 150 and 160 look like making it to a JORC resource, with their copper and gold but it's claim 190 that has my interest. Gold feeder zones indicate a deeper mother lode. I love talk of a mother lode. Apparantly GPR are still searching for it; finding it would be a nice Ann and a serious re-rating. A JORC resource and details on how mining might commence on 150 and 160 would also help big time, just like good drilling results in Fiji.
Then there's the newly purchased gold mine. That for me is the wildcard but was glad to hear Gold Bunny speak in a positive tone about it.
Over the year or so I've been invested in GPR, I've read a few good posts about their management. In my mind, they wouldn't have bought this new mine if they didn't see potential value in it.
These are just my thoughts but we definitely have potentially good announcements coming in the next month or two. They could be bad too, all I can really say is that I'm not going anywhere, worth the wait in my opinion.
