Yep agree, in-specie distribution would have been nice.
I suppose we retain some upside as PRL shareholders. PRL will retain ~50% of this NewCo IPO.
Im just not really sure about gold exploration/development in VIC. Yeah sure it’s got a lot of history there but it is not exactly a mining friendly jurisdiction any more. Can’t beat WA for that, but I guess there’s no bargains left in WA gold any more so have to look to the more obscure regions.
