Whilst PRL would retain 50% of this new venture, they delivered nothing worthwhile to shareholders in the green energy space. Mind you, they rewarded themselves handsomely. Turns out they need another avenue to raise funds now and I agree with LP, it would be madness to fork out more hard earned for the new venture. Feels like a test of Darwin's Evolutionary Theory for investors. Keep clear IMO.
