Yes appears to be in great company with RMS Mount Magnet not far off as well as there being plenty of Corporate Activity in the area previously with Doray Minerals - Now SLR ( Silver Lake ) as well as GBG ( Gindalbie Metals ). Plenty of Chinese interests in the area as well with Sinosteel and Ansteel . Plus there is the Rothsay Gold Project as well if I have my general locations around Perenjori district.
So agree - Great acquisition.And I like the payment terms being firstly centered around 1 cent with the issue of 10 million shares for $100,000 on top of the initial payments of $25 k x 2. They obviously expect the SP to be higher than 1 cent I reckon.
