We know from all of the information put out by AAM over the years including previous drilling announcements that there was a lot more at Delta. The report lacks a lot of detail and there are a number seriously notable exclusions.
It was also not a secret that Andrew Hawker was sacked and the AAM board should certainly have known this.
What AAM has done in my view is just a blatant mis-representation of facts and an abuse of the JORC just to get at the former MD. However all they have done is written off the best asset of the company to the loss of shareholders.
