I suspect very soon Whead will convert the majority of their convertible notes to shares to retain control for the directors.
BB you bring up an interesting point about debt. These new guys may have a profitable business they want to spin in to take advantage of that debt for tax purposes….that is if they are not an extension of management. I suspect not.
