Spot on Uttsey. These Companies are referred to as penny dreadfuls for a reason.
Warren Buffett once said , '

This company has been mercilously exploited for a decade.
It has a board that has paid itself, around $800,000 per year. The CEO has received around half a million a year.
But it has no income, it doesn't seem to produce anything.
It has survived on the goodwill of it's shareholders , brokers and financiers.
It possibly has $16 million in debt .
It's board instituted two massive consolidations that destroyed the equity of it's own shareholders.
There is one last chance to give them you money via the current capital raising.

But the parties over and all the foods been eaten, and the wines been drunk,
So just believe the companies sole supporter, and shovel what ever money you can find, untill you can give no more .
Or simply wait to see what new jwonderful surprises arise from this shiteshow .
