A Consolidation - in itself -- is not a problem --And as the above states -- has to be approved by the Share Holders
And that First consolidation was voted on and passed --
However if all share holders were aware at the time of voting -- that a Second Consolidation was already being discused-- maybe a different result would have happened?.
Where a Possible Investigation could be raised -- is that
ALL The Share Holders -- were not informed prior to Voting that another CONSOLIDATION was being discussed and planned by a selected group of Investors .. and depending on What position the Poster has within The Company, should be explored . --- Is the Poster an INNER member of the company -- or just a laborer on site ," while Building out the GAP-" and just happened to overhear some discussions --- or maybe just may be in a relationship with either?

The Callous and contemptuous remarks, that have been posted about Investors , that have lost money --in itself is worthy of an Investigation.
