You are the only one supporting them- out of the tens of thousands of shareholders? The shares came on after the last consolidation at 1.5 cents, they should have come on at four cents. They are three-tenths of a cent now. That's a 1200 percent decline. My $500 worth is worth 2 cents.
They crushed the share price via massive consolidations and continued undermining existing holders with below-market share issues. They told the new holders to go on the market and sell their shares to other new holders and make a profit ., They ran two books, one for existing holders and one for off-market investors, and got one to sell to another.
They convinced creditors and people who had done work for the company, to accept shares in lieu of payment. They borrowed money from friends, family & business associates at the exorbitant rate of 36 percent per annum, claiming that it was a short-term loan, but they have been rolling over some of these loans for years. They will do anything not to have to put their own money in. Shareholders have been paying these exorbitant loan rates to support their salaries. Hundreds of worthless share issues and two massive consolidations have destroyed existing shareholder value.
They announce business deal after deal after deal. And then do cap raises then nothing more is heard of the deal. They raise money to do something, then use it for something else. ie when they were going to mine Kat Gap. Rather they just sample-mined 10 percent of it & just kept the balance of the money
Now they are doing another cap raising, seriously they are like the boy who cried wolf too many times.
