    It would be interesting to see the terms for the underwitting agreement for the capital raise to see if they have to get the million dollars subscibed for by the public, to get it underwitten.

    That might explain the desparate attempt, to release a resourse upgrade for a deposit that they haven't paid the deposit on yet.
