The state of affairs is that they claim to have received the $100,000 from AuResources, balance owing $900,000.Who knows what's true with this lot? They also claim they have paid Rividium the initial deposit of $50,000, balance owing $350,000. Deano really wants Forestania.They must be very busy trying to round up the million for the cap raising, ie the half that is not underwritten . by Still Capital.
Stay out of the cap raise if you don't want to get burnt. The history of this company is 'not pretty' in how they have purposely sacrificed their own shareholder's wealth. They are out for themselves, not shareholders' interests. If you want further convincing, ask yourself why they don't answer their phones.
