re silver: 3-4 oz/t silver are not to be sniffed at. Depends on the recovery % of course, but if it is similar to the gold, then they should appear as decent credits at the refining stage.
But first they need to build the processing for the sulphides and, I assume, develop an underground plan to get at these lower levels.
