Yes I agree. However it does seem odd that as the largest shareholder that they were not consulted in the structuring of the raise such that they had the opportunity to maintain their 19.9%. Perhaps the rules don't allow for them to get anymore than retail (but I don't think this is the case), or they did not want to tip in 120m (ie keeping approx 95m in cash for other deals?). Not sure there is any better prospects (and value for money) than DEG - so as a holder of GOR I am disappointed that they been diluted.
