Do you see GOR sitting on a 17% interest?
I think GOR are looking to offload DEG personally, but they may still see DEG as the most desirable target in their hunt for an interest in a 2nd producing asset.

Creep rule allows for up to a 3% increase for every subsequent 6 monthly period if acquirer had voting power of at least 19% within previous six-monthly period.
Acquisition of shares approved by an ordinary resolution of security holders of the company (DEG) in which the acquisition is made (less likely to happen without project debtor issues a but still a remote possibility nonetheless).
