if you are smart u dont remove them. Either let them work the alluvials as they are and the company targets underground under them or set up a structure where they leave but share in the spoils, or give them a job which would give them more per head than by by scratching the dirt. You dont want to end up with a spear in your back. Work them in, not out, in their eyes its their land.
