this announcement means nothing. You have to produce first which never happened. To produce you need money. What they have raised so far is a lot and not sure how much more they will raise. Somehow always keep getting small amount every quarter but never got big one which required to mine. I visit CTO forum and annoucement to see if there is any progress every few months and no surprise. I have lost lots with CTO like many others so really wish CTO can mine one day. Though not sure if this will happen. However wish I could be wrong
