    it is another way of rewarding share holders. some company when they spin off, they hold a large parcels (eg maybe 30 to 60%) of shares in the newly listed /spin off company /companies. eg MLM has done 3 spin offs.

    Hopefully KOR has the MIDAS touch , just like your very successful MIDAS resources. (4 baggers so far).
