QGold can reach over 90% under the Creeping Acquisition rule by obtaining up to another 10% since the offer expired (allowed 5% in a 12 month period and they are now in the second year since offer went final on 5/5/22). Hence, they can indeed carry out a compulsory acquisition. In which case, the following flowchart shows how the final price is determined:

If I interpret things correctly, we can expect the original offer price to be the Final Consideration i.e. 21 cents.

I don’t think that is correct interpretation . 3% creep every 6 months, don’t think the original 21 cents offer will have anything to do with it
