This is just normal after a raising when people buy at the offer of .002c plus a free option, but then you know that, so stop worrying.
They then sell at .002c, or even .003c, if they think they will get it to get their money back, and they have a long dated option for free. If down the road they can then sell the option for .001c, then for a trader that is good money - very good in fact.
The only thing that will sort it all out is a bit of good news and hopefully that is not too far away.
