    Keep in mind that MOY has a majority shareholder.

    I compare the situation to AVB where Blackrock, Appian, Greenstone and Glencore largely cobbled together a majority enabling the sale to OZL (for 100%+ premium to shareprice of the day).

    IMC Group owns 47.9% of MOY. There's plenty of scope for a takeover if IMC and the board/employees (1.5% shareholding) decide it's worthwhile.

    I guess time will tell but MOY is at a huge strategic advantage to explorers and pre developers in the region. Would be a steal at this current MCAP.
