I said on the other Golden Horse thread that EMR might have 30% shareholding when all was done. That was based on a guess they might issue 48M shares. They are issuing another 72M shares, and the announcement confirms that EMR will at the end hold 20-21% of GH.
I havn't previously come across a situation where a company effectively advertises to it's shareholders another company's share issue, albeit EMR is an interested party..seems somewhat unusual.
Many of the former Bullzeye shareholders who are now EMR shareholders (perhaps 5% of EMR shares ?) will be ineligible as the prospectus indicates that both the priority and general shares are only available for australian residents, except in some limited circumstances.
