Production. That's really the only way the wider market takes meaningful notice. NP above USD17K/t (realistically probably USD18K/t) will be the catalyst. That is not out of the question (it's only a 10-15% move from current levels) but given the widely discussed current oversupply it's not going to happen instantly.
