Good if Andrew Forrest and Black Widow reduces their stake. This will help INSTO to tighten the grip on POS and push for Rapid Decision towards production.

My worst fear is we find substantial nickel but still board say no (as happened to Mt Windarra. Enormous money was spent on Mt Windarra Drilling, Resource Upgrade, Power Plan, Mine Facilities and Mine Rehab then out of blue every thing abandoned. Only thing I heard so far is Low Nickel Price forced to abandon Mt Windarra restart.)

Upgrading resource at Minor Share Holders Expense and keep them in ground always suits to Major Players. Such decision are out of MD hand. MD will do what board ask to do,
