Golding Contractors Completes Acquisition of HSE Mining – South Walker Creek.
NRW Holdings Limited (ASX:NWH) is pleased to advise that further to the announcement of 12 June 2024, its wholly owned subsidiary Golding Contractors Pty Ltd (Golding) has now completed the purchase of the mining services contract, associated fleet and transfer of employees that HSE Mining Pty Ltd (HSE) has deployed to Stanmore Resources Limited's South Walker Creek (SWC) mine site.
The completion payment was funded through Group asset finance facilities.
To support the continuity of operations at SWC, 539 people have now joined Golding and have been welcomed into the Golding and broader NRW team.
