It's been a while since the last update and so it is a bit of guesswork whether the sales momentum has continued or increased. There has been a bit of history of surprising on the upside and if they exceed their projected sales targets with the added bonus of their tourism income (which sets them apart from Gateway) then a SP of $3.00+ seems reasonable. The SP in my opinion doesn't reflect the potential of this company nor the defensive nature it offers in a twitchy market. Patience, I think, will be rewarded.
