re: Ann: Goldman Sachs retained to seek buyer... I could be wrong but i have seen this before with MAE they make an ann and SP goes up only to retract over the next weeks.

I personally didn't get anything new from the ann also the production figures for Nv / Dec are available and the wells certainly didn't have a huge ramp up in the december quarter. In fact one cc well produced 32000 barrels of water !

I think the ann was an update meant to keep us interested I mean they have caveats all over it. IMHO it was stating the obvious we can'r afford to develop the field our selves so we need a partner or a buyout to get any value.
Also note they point out the harsh financial times.

I could be wrong but I Can't see the rises people are talking about untill we get a increase in production or the reserve report. Based on the figures I have seen and the Oman well completion date I doubt we will get news in the next two weeks in which the price will drop.
