Breakout at 8 cents conformed today imo.
The good thing about this break is the stock os at lower end of bollinger bands.
The stochastics are low and the moving average is in uptrend.
Test of recent highs is more than likely.
Not only that the buyers are not bidding for the stock. Sitting off the screen amd hitting the sellers.
Once buy depth stacks up this will snap to the upside and run to 12 quick. Imo
