I don't think this will cause movement on the share price (I've said a few times that only revenue and funding will do that) but this is quite good, I believe. It's a commitment to spend AU$19m to AU$23m. That's no small contract. From my eyeball, it represents about 20% of gomspace's annual rev.

So I reckon that the people signing, both SAS and gomspace, must be pretty comfortable that the money will show up. I think a funding partner might be lurking around in the background.
