I think that CHN is in a really really interesting position with State Street under 10% !
Youve got TG, HSBC, Golman Sachs, Black Rock
I reckon state street is just going to keep buying and buying ! Like I think they will go UP to at least 20% !
I mean if you think about state street being a pension fund owing lots of us 10 year bonds that are losing value, they are really buyng palladium as a hedge !
If State Street could buy another 35 million CHN shares at $2.20 for like $80 million, I think they would !!!!
