Just look at the project NPV compared to the market cap.
This company hasn't even put a shovel in the ground yet and its at a $2b market cap.
Need to raise a lot of capex to get this going.
It looks like a profitable project but the share price has got ahead of itself.
For a comparison just look at CXO. Market Cap v's NPV of the project.
I held this stock and sold out some time ago for the above reason.
