Oh hang on that processing plant is in the equation - never happen.
They should sell the ore straight out of the ground to China. China is apparently palladium poor and is importing heaps from Russia and may be happy to find an alternative supply.
The Chinese would probably dig it up for us - with their own workforce - as they do in Africa.
That way robust cash flow in months - to pay for all the other stuff.
