They all say it’s a knee jerk reaction. What they don’t understand, is the fact that CHN is still an explorer and have estimated a mine start up cost of $1.5BL. This will definitely be extremely difficult to fund and the amount of dilution that will probably be involved and hence why the market has reacted savagely by discounting the value of the stock by over 25%. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of an explorer in CHN or like CHN in my lifetime to be able to fund a minimum $1.5BL start up mine from scratch.
