PFS consultancy doesn’t cost that much may be around $15M to $20 M max in ball park figure but timing might be the key, It will take 12 months appx for PFS completion after the contract in place, then another year for DFS if PFS nos are good and 18 months to 2 years for construction, who knows if nos come good they might bring the project forward?
