This is never intended to be mined by CHN, it's meant to be taken over. Management has been flagging to sell the mine since last year. They couldn't sell at $8 but at this price it's highly likely it will be taken over. Although IGO's recent failure is a big deterrence to big buyers, I will expect this to find a bottom and an interested party soon.
