The key for CHN is to find decent size orebody (within the tenement) with higher grade ore.
Should the rest of the 93 % has similar grade as Gonneville, economically it is not going to fly at current metal price based on current processing methodology/technology.
So, the 3 important factors are-- 1) decent size orebody with higher grade. 2) Improved metal prices 3) Better processing methodology or technology.
One or two of the above need to eventuate for CHN to strive, otherwise long term in the doghouse.
