UP RAMPERS:
These guys come to work with a smile on their face and a sky’s the limit attitude. Their tools are a mirror image of the down ramper kit, but shinier. As part of their PPE they wear a special type of welding mask that protects their eye’s from bad announcements.
Around site or the office nothing can ruin their day. Capital raise at all time lows with a 30% discount, “great only upwards from here” capital raise 6 months later “great we’re all set for the next 6 months drilling” This can do attitude gets them much more love around site than the guys that build the downward facing ramps. Especially from the apprentices who often give them much praise even if the quality of the ramp is absolute dog sh*t
