Seems like the board has let SH's down dramatically, or to be a realist it shows that a number of explorer companies are just that - explorers!
They should not have even meddled in trying to get to the mining stage - just sell the opportunity to the people that want the minerals.
the board has really let SH's down by providing a delayed SS, which they knew was going to have ramifications for the share price.
TG & Co 'just aren't up to dealing when the big boys come to play - same as LTR - no good saying your going to mine when you leave yourself a huge takeover target!
