I am a holder and I think it is drivel too. They talk about heavily discounted value for the shareprice.
The problem is that there is no reliable value, particularly after the SS, but in reality there is no development plan, no budget, no approvals etc etc, so consequently nobody knows how to value the sp.
Then they say that another cause for optimism is that insiders have been buying and list a couple of small transactions . They might have mentioned all the insiders that subscribed to the CR or the fact that we are increasingly being shorted .
